Policies and Guidelines
Housing Information
The hotels below have special room rates for conference attendees. Please use the links below to book with the Conference rate. Additional information and on-campus housing options can be found on Northeastern's website for Accommodations.
College and Counselor Fairs
All conference attendees are invited to participate in the Fairs! Aside from the conference registration fee, there is no cost to participate. There will be three fairs in total:
- US Universities Fair
- Global Universities Fair
- Counselor Fair

Pre-Conference Institute
July 14-15, 2025
The Pre-Conference Institute is intended to provide our membership the opportunity to learn from fellow International ACAC members in a more intimate environment.
The 2025 Pre-Conference Institute will take place in advance of the 2025 Conference. Please note:
- The Pre-Conference will begin Monday morning, July 14, 2025, and end by noon on Tuesday, July 15.
- Pre-Conference Institute attendees are recommended to arrive on Sunday, July 13.
Counselor Bus Tour
The 2025 Bus Tour will take place July 19-26, bringing participants to multiple institutions outside of Boston, including Western Massachusetts (Amherst area), Burlington (Vermont), New Hampshire, Maine, and Providence, Rhode Island. The tour will conclude on July 26 in Boston; participants should schedule their departure for after 3:30 pm on July 26, 2025.
Some key details about the Bus Tour:
- The school list will be posted on the Bus Tour Website once confirmed.
- There are 35 seats available in 2025.
- The Bus Tour is a member-only event and only available to members attending the Annual Conference.
- There is an additional fee to participate in the Bus Tour.
- Registration will become a waitlist when capacity has been reached.

Visa Invitation Letters
The form to request an invitation letter to the 2025 Conference to support your visa application is now open. Visa processing can take several months, so be sure to start your visa application as soon as possible.
After submitting the complete request form below, you will receive your invitation letter within one week.
