Annual Conference

Following the conference, International ACAC hosts a Counselor Bus Tour to visit multiple institutions in the area.

• Space on the Bus Tour is limited, typically with under 30 seats available.
• The Bus Tour is a member-only event and only available to people attending the Annual Conference.
• There is an additional fee to participate in the Bus Tour.
• Registration for the Bus Tour opens earlier than conference registration, typically in December.
• Registration will become a waitlist when capacity has been reached.

International ACAC offers opportunities for sponsorship and advertising (available only to members) and for exhibiting (available to both members and non-members).

Annual Conference Sponsorship

International ACAC offers members several opportunities to sponsor the annual conference. By sponsoring an item or event, member organizations are able to gain the attention of members throughout the conference and beyond. 

International ACAC offers different levels of general conference sponsorship, as well as event-specific sponsorship. Sponsorship is confirmed on a first-come, first-served basis. The sponsorship application opens annually in February or March and is only available to International ACAC members.

Advertising at the Annual Conference

Members can also advertise in the printed conference program and app; full-page, half-page, and quarter-page ads are available.

Annual Conference Exhibit Hall

Both members and non-members are invited to exhibit at the International ACAC annual conference. The philosophy of our exhibitor program is to support services that facilitate our international work.

Exhibiting at the annual conference provides opportunities to table and promote your organization in the Exhibit Hall during designated hours, as well as other benefits for participants from your organization.

There is a limited amount of Exhibit Hall space and it is provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

All participants at the annual conference are invited to enjoy College and Counselor Fairs. Conference registration is required to participate in the fairs for no additional cost.

The College Fair is split into two separate events: Global Universities Fair (non-U.S.) and U.S. Universities Fair. There is also a Counselor Fair, sometimes called a "reverse college fair," which includes secondary school counselors, Independent Educational Consultants, and Community Based Organizations.

No additional registration is required - if you register for the conference under an institution that qualifies to table at any of the Fairs, you will be provided a table automatically.

The annual conference is only possible because of the volunteers that help make it happen! Volunteers are split into the following Committees, each with two Committee Co-Chairs.
