Hosting the International ACAC annual conference on your campus is a fantastic way to showcase your institution to a global audience. The International ACAC conference typically takes place in July over four days.
2019 was a record-setting year with over 1,500 attendees from nearly 100 countries, hosted at Western University in London, Ontario, Canada. The 2020 and 2021 Conferences were held as virtual events for members, due to the impact of COVID-19. The University of New Mexico was the host of the 2022 Conference, bringing over 1,100 people back together after three years apart. A virtual conference was held simultaneously for more than 350 people across the globe. Florida International University hosted the 2023 Conference, and 2024 took us back to Western University in London, Ontario, Canada.
International ACAC annually invites interested universities and colleges to submit a comprehensive proposal to host a future annual conference (at least two years prior to the actual event).
Annual Conference Hosting Interest Form
International ACAC is actively asking for interest from institutions to consider hosting our annual conference in July (2026 and beyond). If you have the support of the senior leadership on your campus, please complete this non-binding interest form. Completing the form results in an invitation to discuss the possibility of hosting our annual conference at your institution in the future. We encourage you to also send this support letter to your college or university's senior leadership. This letter contains additional information about International ACAC and the benefits of hosting a conference.
Submit a Proposal to Host a Future Conference
International ACAC is currently accepting proposals for the 2026 Conference and proposals for future years. Please review the forms below as you prepare your proposal. Proposals can be submitted to Executive Director, Erin Garcia. Proposals for the 2026 Conference are due September 3, 2024.
